Course Description:
The SEMI Series Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Seminar introduces the critical procedures of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) to ensure the safety of biomedical equipment technicians (BMETs) when servicing or maintaining medical devices. Students will learn how to properly de-energize, isolate, and secure equipment to prevent accidental startup during maintenance. The course covers OSHA regulations, device-specific lockout/tagout protocols, and the use of locks, tags, and other energy control devices.

You have only one attempt to pass the final quiz.
Upon passing the final quiz, you will receive a certification valid for one year.

Certification:

Successful completion of the final quiz grants you a LOTO certification that is valid for one year.
